Are you ready to CREATE balance and satisfaction in your life and to have fun along the way? Spend a day in the beauty and serenity of SpiritWood Retreat and get focused on your dream by looking at an area in your life that really matters. In this workshop you will:

• Set priorities and vision the specific changes you want to see in your life;
• Explore and activate important areas in your life that you need to refocus and rejuvenate using visualization, mind-mapping, life wheels, creative journaling, meditation and a vision walk exercise;
• Create a visual representation of your personal vision and an action plan of specific strategies you can use to achieve it.

And that’s not all… in addition you will:

• Leave with the tools you require to envision and bring about positive change as future needs and priorities arise
• Receive accountability support from the instructors.

Morning and afternoon refreshments and a delicious and nutritious lunch are included.

From then on I was hooked at being a part of working with others in the self actualization process. I have worked with hundreds of people to help them get excited about their lives and make their dreams come true.

Trudy Mayer, M.Ed. In over 25 years of experience, I have developed passion and enthusiasm for the learning process. In addition to my background in adult education, I have completed training in coaching and conflict resolution. I believe that interactive and experiential learning in an environment of mutual respect and collaboration can lead to powerful learning outcomes. I strive to create this environment in all the workshops I facilitate.
